Hi app is perfect user friendly just if you can add small option of hiding the balance when we open the app the balance is visible if blurred it would be much better while using outside

When i do a payment to our noqodi wallet it take long time to get receipt
WORST BANKING APP
This is absolutely the worst banking app. It is so difficult to process transactions, takes too much time, repeatedly get error messages of INVALID TOKEN, when the token is correct and this is proven when after a few attempts it finally works. The app is also not user friendly. This is true also for the web banking app. The bank clearly has not invested well in digitizing itself. There are many other banks far better across the board.

Lack of functionality
Mamy options not available especially for approvals (nor possible to authorize cheques reprinting for example)
Not able to check transactions
Always there was error saying “there was problem communicating with server. Try later” while checking transaction. It’s keep annoying and no point of using this app. Just to check balance only.
Loading is not stopping in dashboard
After sign in when the we land on the home page, nothing loads. The bottom navigation lags and delay in each click.

The ADCB mobile app and website are by far the most complicated banking platforms I’ve ever used. As a business owner, I expected a user-friendly experience like other banking apps provide—but instead, I found myself completely frustrated.
The interface is anything but intuitive. Basic tasks that should take seconds end up taking far too long, and you feel like you need formal training just to figure things out. Other banks offer apps that anyone can navigate without guidance, but with ADCB, you’ll likely need help from their team to get started—and even then, the confusion doesn’t end.
The recent updates only made things worse. The so-called "new features" seem like unnecessary complications rather than improvements. Simple functions are buried under layers of menus, and it feels like the developers prioritized complexity over usability.
What’s even more concerning is the lack of security notifications. If money is transferred from your account, you don’t receive an email or mobile alert—something that should be a standard security feature in any banking app. This raises serious concerns about account safety.
If you value your time and security, I strongly advise against this app—especially for business purposes. ADCB should take a lesson from other banks that prioritize user-friendly design and robust security features.
