100% scam!!!!
Nothing works and now their chat mysteriously does not work either. I have no way to contact these scammers to get my money back.
Error for brand creation
The app wouldn’t create anything after the logo colors screen. It kept giving me an error and wouldn’t proceed. It’s useless if it won’t work.

I signed up for a trial for the yearly plan, used it once and was absolutely disgusted, the results were as if you gave a 5-year-old kid a laptop, and got them to create it.
That’s not the main thing…
The refund policy states that “We offer refunds within 7 days for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly plans, provided the platform hasn’t been used”. They said the refund should take 10-12 business days to come through.
It’s now been about 3 months, I’ve sent over 5 emails, regarding the refund, and they just make a new excuse each time. I’ve spent hours and hours chasing up the refund, yet it’s still in process.
I would NOT recommend this service, although it sounds good from the surface, it’s not until it’s too late that you will realise how bad it is.
Wasted heaps of unnecessary time on this case.
Edit: I had the subscription through the web browser therefore it’s not an Apple problem, and emailed multiple support emails, and every person made a different excuse, and would quote a new time frame which was never met. Still very disappointed.
No one use these services unless you want your hard earned money stolen and months of time wasted.

Don’t even waste your time. You’ll spend more time waiting for anything to load vs getting work done.
Not on point
Images and videos are way off than what the prompt is instructing. When asked support they said you just have to keep doing trial and error.
Great time saving product
Using AdCreative has savefd me so much time for my business, allowing me to focus on more important projects. It’s also been super helpful in instances when I am lacking in creative inspiration. Big shout out to the support team too 🤍

Scam so far
I will change my review if someone can tell me from tech support why: 1) I can’t sign in online with a yearly paid AppStore account with out you wanting my credit card 2) Advertising pictures won’t up load from photo library with permission for photos is yes in settings 3) Every picture I can get into photo image ALWAYS deletes background with out my permission 4) Your competitors business has a few insights with spelling error. I am wondering now if this is a stupid scam app.

This app gets stuck at 96% then half an hour later it says the project has been finished then when u go look at ur projects it shows the project but nothing in the folder

I wanted to create an ad for my business and found this app google. I was creating an account they ask me to pay for membership or 7 day. Free trial and then after free trial $209 for year. And then suddenly app shutdown and when i reopen it i had to sign in and found out that i don’t have account with them and then they try to charge me $209 dollars for subscription which i never got. Now i lost 208 dollars and don’t even have account with them called apple they said we cant do anything. You have to contact app support.

This company is a scam
Scammed for $339 since July 11 and they only sent me an email saying they issue a refund, we are the 28 of July and nothing… this company is a fraud stay away !
