Software will not run on my iPhone 11. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it three time. It will not open up into the program. Returns to default iPhone screen after 1 or 2 seconds.

This app was useless to me. I was only trying to recover my contacts list that was removed when I upgraded to iOS 10.0.2 on my iPhone 6. I thought it would also remove duplicates but did not accomplish that.

It erased all entries in my contact list. I tried their assistance and never received a reply.
