The Best!

I love how simple this is to use! You can create as many presets as you want. Like, one morning routine for workdays and one for non workdays.

I have a preset for when company is coming because I always need to clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen, etc. So I can quickly load the preset and then add anything I need, like if I'm making food ahead of time. This app tells me how long it's going to take and shows me when I'll finish if I start now.

I love how it shows the overall time, but I don't feel forced into set time blocks and I can change the order of tasks with a quick drag. So I can have some flexibility, but still get everything done in time. Standard time blocking has been a nightmare for me. What if I don't want to start vacuuming at 10:00? Then I feel like a failure! This is way better for my brain!

Been searching for this app my whole life

So thankful I found it. Everything I wanted in an app — start and end time, time remaining, exact end time, goblin tasks-style task breakdowns, cute UI, visual timer🤌🤌

Too expensive

It would be 5 stars except that the subscription is too expensive for what it is. It doesn’t even have a watch app. I’ve used better known apps with far more features that were less expensive than this. I really wish I could give it 5 stars and it would be my one main productivity app but I just can’t justify the cost.

Very helpful for fun productivity

If you need an app to keep you on track and remind you what you are doing, this is it! Love this app and it just keeps getting better!

Lately I’ve been using it every night when preparing for tomorrow. I get done so much faster with it. (At least 1/2 hour)

Presets (saved lists) are my favorite. I use it for my nightly routine above. As it evolves, I can update the preset to work with me. Already did this with my morning routine.

Great out of the box, but also love the customizations that are available (colors, emojis, reminder sounds, confetti and more).

Give it a try! It’s makes your possibilities list (aka to do list) much more fun and you more likely to finish a few more tasks.

Keeps me on track

This app has helped me immensely with planning my day. I’m much more realistic with how many tasks I schedule in a day because I can see what time my day will end! No more squeezing in 10+ hours into an 8 hour work day and feeling bad that I didn’t get everything done. As someone who skews toward the time blind, thank you for making this!

Nice app, even nicer free trial

Anyone with adhd knows that free trials are a nightmare and trying to cancel them is a whole ordeal. So I really really really appreciate the fact that I am allowed to try this app out without having to sign up for anything or put my card in or sign up through the Apple Store for the trial.

Anyways, I haven’t been using it for long (still in the trial lol) but I’m liking the app a lot! I like that it’s basic and there isn’t a ton of extra stuff you don’t need. If you don’t want to do a task now, just say not now. No scheduling or notifications needed.

I haven’t made any preset lists yet, I’ll probably wait until I’m able to pay for a subscription and then try those out then. But, just kinda adding tasks throughout the day is working for me on its own. I don’t want to get too overwhelmed with the lists!

It’s okay!

Wish you could overlay tasks though - for example if I want to designate the morning as 3hrs, section out the rest of the day like this..on top of that I’d love to add tasks like actually starting the day! I think I’ll use the timer app but it’s smth I realised I needed because once the timer starts you can’t really add 5 mins without calculating so much..would be nice to integrate the two concepts! Thank u

Time boxing that works

Llama life has saved my mornings! I have a list of tasks that need to be done every day, plus I write best before noon so I want to get some focused time in as well. Before Llama life I forgot steps or got distracted or spent longer than I meant to on various things. Now I load my morning routine into Llama life when I wake up and get all my “must dos”’done by lunch time.

Also it’s adorable and fun.

Cancel?

This app is not what I want and there is no clear way to cancel. Directions in the app tell you to go to the App Store to cancel but there is nothing here. And if I want to delete my account I can’t just click a button I have to email the developer.

So Helpful! Presets are great. Daily use still going 6mth later

I use the app with a preset for our family’s morning routine - medicine, remember the swimming kit, clothing for sports, bike lock - all the things. One touch and it pops up the whole list : EASY! on the day I delete what we don’t need. Timer options are great moving colour block/countdown numbers. Surprise me button for colours = dopamine tweak on the meh days. Great communication from the team when I struck a little glitch - fixed up pronto. Request please: family account!! Have multiple devices running their own timers. Daughter loves it too

It’s EXACTLY what I need… locked 100% behind a paywall

They let you click it away, but then anything you click pulls up the paywall again no matter what you tap. Meaning this app isn’t free in any way, shape, or form.

Want to love it, but bugs are bugging me

Llama Life in early 2026 is a half-finished app with distracting quirks. And we all know how ADHDers love a distraction. <s>
When I name a task, the name is not saved unless I tap “Done” on the keyboard. If I switch apps to, say, check a date or copy a note, the task name will be gone when I return to Llama Life.
Even staying within the app, if I choose an emoji before tapping “Done,” the task name is lost. This is one picky llama and you have to do things her way.
Just now I had a task list with just one item. I returned to it to add another one, and the list now contained six or seven more tasks all called “Untitled task” and with (appropriately) a “?” emoji on each. I had to clear the whole list and create my task again from scratch. This is not helping!
This llama also expects you to comply with her rules about moving tasks to the main list before completing them. If you happen to finish tasks without your phone in front of you, and with the task still in the “Later” list, she won’t let you clear it until you move it to the main list and tap “Complete.”
I do appreciate the app and I want it to improve and succeed. But there are many steps between here and there. By 2027 I hope to update this review and give 5 stars to an indispensable app that I can’t live without and can recommend without hesitation.

Alarm doesn’t work:-(

Really wanted to love this app., as I’m the target audience. But it’s very “almost”. For example, it’s nice to assign colors to tasks, but there’s no space to actually color code (work, school, chores etc.) or make notes. There’s other stuff but the biggest thing is that 3x now, the alarm didn’t sound when a task ended, which obviously screws up my schedule and is…the whole point of the app!! Yes I updated, settings adjusted, but no dice. Emailed twice and no answer. Literally no choice but to cancel my subscription.

Just another Subscription Scam

Says it’s free but once you get into it, it’s just another subscription that’ll suck on your wallet for the rest of your life. Shame. I was excited to use it. Then it says it’ll charge you in a week if you don’t cancel within a week. THEN THE ONLY OPTION TO DELETE AND CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT IS A 30 DAY DELAYED DELETION. If you charge me, then I’m going to be livid. I did NOT agree to any purchases.

Good app

Really good app

I give it 5 stars

Thanks for making this!

If you miss 30/30…

At last - here’s an app to replace 30/30. I’ve been looking for this for years!

Crash 6 months after purchase

No response from llama life

Keeps undoing my changes.

It's been great until recently. However, now, every time I make changes (add items for the day, rearrange the list, etc.), once the app closes, it reverts to its previous state. Even if the timer is running on an item, it just switches to the item that was at the top of the list previously and runs the timer for that item. It's really frustrating! I have a screen recording I'd be happy to share with support if I could contact them somehow!

needs internet to work

Its frustrating that you can't update anything with a lack of internet connection. at least half of the time I wanted to use this, I don't have an internet connection and that won't be changing. I have no intention of using this on any other device than my phone,
so I don't need any connection. Also, the breakdown tasks can't be edited, so when it generates nonsense(most of the time) I can't change it to works for me. Makes the feature worthless.

It’s more expensive in India than it is in the US

I just don’t understand why developers don’t have regional pricing for their apps. A direct currency conversion puts this app’s yearly cost at about 45 usd in India. What am I missing?
