Since Latest update, every time app I closed app does not stay signed in. Need to constantly input login credentials.
Edit: updated to v6.0.1 resolved, thanks.

Doesn’t stay signed in!!!

The latest version doesn’t stay signed in every time it’s opened . What a pain. The older versions worked so much better.

App is almost useless

Please fix!!!
Lots of errors checking item availability, app is unstable when searching items (after typing 3 or more keywords 0 results found) viewing past orders crashes the app.

Can’t see stock availability

I try to look at stock availability and it say “something went wrong”
Can’t see it through a browser either.

Crashes on log in

App opens. I try to log in and it instantly crashes. Deleted and reinstalled. Same result. Latest version of iOS on iPhone…

ADI app is a dumpster fire!!!

App crashes continuously on iOS. There are better distributors with better pricing in the industry.
What good is ADI if you can’t view products to order? One might think they would do a better job!!!

Guess it doesn’t matter to ADI that they spend tremendous advertising $$$$$ with poor returns on investment. Employees tried to get issues resolved although management is deaf!!!

Nice way to search catalog

The app works pretty well for navigating the ADI catalog. One issue I keep running into though is after clicking on a few products sometimes the product screen comes up completely blank and hangs the app and requires a force quit and relaunch. I’m running into this issue quite often lately.

Cannot sort by price.

This alone makes me shop elsewhere whenever I have to look up product. Who the heck wants to scroll through 200 cameras when looking for a low priced item.

Entropy at its best

It’s amazing how both the app and the web portal gets worse every time they update them. Like mentioned above now you can’t copy, and the search functions are now worthless. Try searching Dahua thermal hybrid for instance, 2 years ago you’d get the 4-5 results you were looking for. Now you get every single product they make. Try Dahua night color, same thing with Hikvision and other manufacturers mixed in. Add a filter by brand checking only Dahua, still get all manufacturers. Your IT team should consider themselves lucky to be employed.

We appreciate your feedback as our customers are important to us. We are constantly improving our app with better content optimization; you can now use the copy and paste functionality as well. We hope you continue to use the ADI app - or consider giving the app a second try in the future.

Needs proper field testing

The new app design is a great improvement compared to the previous version which was just a browser. But in this new app we can’t select and copy any text, which renders it useless and almost every time we end up navigating to the site in a browser window, considering that the available product info is oftentimes limited, and we can’t even copy the model number to search for more info.
To be clear - copying text is a default OS function that was deliberately eliminated from the app, making it only useful if you know exactly what you want to purchase.
