Poor service

Your perfume products are excellent, but I am very disappointed with your customer service and delivery. The executives lack proper knowledge, and even senior staff fail to resolve issues. Deliveries are consistently delayed by 6-7 days, and my last order was delayed for 20 days before I had to cancel it.
Please improve your service and delivery timelines to enhance the customer experience.
