Not so great anymore
Used to love to shop on this app. Not so great these days. Be careful not to order too much in one shopping trip or they will cancel your order and never notify you. $300 order and they offered me $5 off for my troubles.
Error when adding to bag
Worked fine until it stopped lol - cannot add anything to a bag now, every item gives an error ‘this request cannot be performed at this time’. Disappointing. Two stars because I really liked it before
Don’t waist your time with this app
They use to offer Bra and Panty for around 50$ before delivery and tax. Then they tried saying we the consumers asked them to separate sets and sell a bra for 50$. All of there items are majority lace so expect them to rip and tear within a month of receiving, and their sizes changed and no longe fit accordingly. They were suppose to have better fit to womens bodies, now they have gaps on the straps like every other company and the cups don’t fit like they use to, trying to say I’m a D cup now when I have B cup boobies. App Store needs to start making no stars an option, apps shouldn’t even get a star pulling this type of money grubbing move. I’ve been with the company since they started, now they’re after all the cash in your pocket with very little to give you.

Bring back the Sets!
It’s such a bummer that they got rid of the sets I always loved when buying a bra I got the underwear for free matching set. But now if you “buy a set” it cost $60 or even $70 What the heck 😳 that’s insane. Please bring back the sets that were affordable and more bigger sizes cause it seams you run out way to fast or don’t even have enough.

Money hungry
I miss when I could buy a set to surprise my wife with son in her size and now everything is sold separately without lowering the price. I would at least once a month buy her a new set but ever since they updated things a few months ago I haven’t as I find it ridiculous to spend up to an extra $20 on top of spending $60 just to get the matching underwear. That use to be if you wanted to buy an extra pair for that price. It has just gotten to expensive for what you are actually getting.

New “business” model
I used to love Adore Me because I am a busty woman and I could get a complete set for around $40-$50 but since they took away the VIP memberships there’s no longer a discount, the Bra’s are $50 and add and extra $11 if you want the panty to make it a set …..that is before taxes and shipping.

Im a little disappointed now 😔
I’m a little disappointed now that they have recently updated the app and how they run things. I will say as I do love the new look but I don’t love that you can’t buy as sets in one price anymore 😔. I’ve always loved that I can buy a good quality bra and get a pair of underwear at one price. But now you don’t get sets, you can order separately but when you do buy a set the price is way more then what it would normally buy. It’s a bummer that if you buy bottoms it’s an extra $10 - $15 on top of what you’re paying for the bra.

Changed for the worse
This app was my go to as a larger chest girl and it was a site based on getting the sets together and it was easy to find things in the larger sizes. Now it’s no longer sets and terrible to find anything in an H cup

I had left a review about the changes recently with the VIP but it’s no longer posted and my star rating was even removed.
They removed the discount and VIP membership and raised prices of every item AND remove bra and panty sets, and to get a set costs more then it did before the change. Befor this change it was 42$ for a set now it’s 60$ before tax and shipping. The quality of the lingerie is so poor and the lace just rips the moment you make any tug. After having a baby nothing seemed to fit right anymore, the cups no longer fit to the shape I was, I couldn’t get any band size to fit and the recommended bra size didn’t fit at all. Items are always sold out in the size I am, which is an average size, which you’d think they’d carry more of what’s in demand. I’ve been a customer since this company started and I’m no longer buying from this store.

WHYYYY :(((
I hate the new format of adore me. This was one of my favorite lingerie online stores with such great deals and I LOVED the VIP program. Now for some reason, all the points I earned through VIP are GONE. Sets are more expensive. My cart and wishlist were erased so now I don’t remember all the super cute pieces I was dying to have. It’s just not hitting the same, which is so disappointing!!! The pieces are still so cute but why would you ever change a good thing??!

Seems like plus sizes decreased
I’m curious to know if others have felt like the plus size options have decreased. Ever since the new brand redesign and rewards program changed, it seems like there has been a shift away from featuring plus sized models. I first joined the rewards program years ago because there was a focus on a providing a large array of plus sized underwear options. I’m not saying there isn’t any nor that they don’t have a fair amount, I’m just curious if others are noticing a drop off.

It’s like Walmart
The quality of everything is really poor. And nothing is ever in stock. No matter what time of year. The new model images are disturbing. I have 50$ of credit and every time I try to use it I literally can’t because nothing is in stock in 1x.

Product images have no descriptions and are announced only as “image.” Color options are unlabeled and announced simply as “button,” making it impossible to know what I’m selecting. Stock availability is not reliably announced, so I often can’t tell what’s out of stock until I hit an error or a dead end.
These are basic accessibility failures that should not exist in a modern retail app. I love Adore Me bras, but the app actively prevents me from shopping independently. Accessibility is not optional, and this app needs serious work.

Endless update loop
It asks me to up date and sends me to the App Store, which only says open. I can’t do se this!!!!
iOS not supported
I have an older iPhone which doesn’t support iOS 17 This means the app is unusable as it indicates an update is required when you open it but there’s no update available so caught in an Open / update available spin meaning I can’t even continue using the old version
App Doesn’t Work
I’ve been a user of Adore me for a long time now but these last few months the app has been impossible to use. I’ve updated the app and it freezes any time I push any button. Adore me was the only brand I wore for many years and again, these last few months my size has always been out of stock. That, on top of the app having so many issues is just disappointing. I hope to see it improve soon.

literally took my money???
all i did was purchase a less than $30 bra, and yet out of nowhere, MONTHS later! i get charged $80 for a “reoccurring payment” that i never signed up for???? and on top of that i keep getting emails from them, even though i keep unsubscribing. i’m just so mad.
