This app is such a pain to use. The constant updating icon after clicking literally anything causing you to pause for 2 -3 seconds every so often is inconvenient and just annoying. not to mention sometimes when you’re on a timesheet, it’ll just kick you out, making you redo everything you just did. this app is good at irritating you

Laziest time app ever
Id give a negative review if i could. It cant even input basic time edits . And then the servers keep going out forcing you to edit times and editing your time on this app is the literal most frustrating over complicated mess. I absolutely hate using this app and im pitching new app ideas to my boss out of my own free time, with no reward just so we can ditch this finally!!

After a week app stops working
After a week, App stays stuck at 00:00:00 when punching in. Closing,syncing the app wont fix it.

Stops working after a week
Time clock stops working after a week. Only way to get it back working is to uninstall the app, restart the iPad, then reinstall the app.
Been doing this since we first started using it a few months ago.

ADP Kiosk App doesn’t work
I work for a company that has been using ADP for 20+ years. Since ADP discontinued making their own clock in machines and only left customers with the ADP Kisok app we have been solely reliant on it. This application seems like it was developed in a rush. Icons disappear, it doesn’t record time, the biometrics have allowed users to login as other employees. The one thing that this app is supposed to do it can’t seem to do consistently or properly. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for months now and customer service leave us with little to no answers.

Works awesome on my old device but now that I upgraded to an iPhone 15 pro max I only can clock in and out. Does not show me an option to edit the times.

Worst app ever
Weeks of working with ADP and tech support. Can’t log in to software. No one seems to know how!! ADP support is the worst ever.
I can’t even log in!
It keeps giving me some stupid “Hmm… something went wrong…” message and says to contact support. Not that I should have to, but you can’t even contact them, the best I got was to an automated system which still didn’t solve the problem. I think it should be fairly easy for an employee to check their time punches…

Version 1.6.8 issues
Version 1.6.8 requires us to manually close the app & reopen prior to anyone being able to clock in/out. Please fix this ASAP.
Broken! Useless!
Update: The latest patch December 3rd 2021, did not fix the issues mentioned below. UI elements will break, become unresponsive, or disappear once the screen goes to sleep. A total system restart is required to fix the issue. Disappointing
Since I upgrading my iPad Pro to iOS 15, this app has been broken. UI elements disappear. Some button are Phantom button that work even though they are visually absent. I have opened numerous tickets with support with ZERO success! They blame user error.

UI issues on iOS 15
The app’s UI gets extremely small randomly and employees are not able to clock in unless the app is manually restarted. Had to rely on removing guided access so users can close the app whenever they face the issue.
Doesn’t work
It’s impossible to set this app up. Just waist my time.
Need a numerical key only
App works like a charm but it’s missing that only number keypad. I don’t want letters and need to keep changing it’s too much and annoying, only number when I try to change the time or add time
App stopped working unexpectedly
The app was pretty cool at first until it suddenly stopped working…No tech support available. We started to rely on the app and then suddenly gone. After many calls to ADP, long wait times, zero tech support, a week went by and our employees were not able to clock in, I was told that it is no longer compatible with my iPad. Very frustrating. I had to go buy a new iPad after buying one just for the app. The sales team for this app should really relay this to prospective clients. This experience has easily cost us 1k easily due to the time lost, and having to buy another iPad.

Great app but needs to Update for iPhone 12max pro
Everything works fine with the exception that I can’t “swipe up” to access time card.
