I reckon Homer Simpson could create a better app for signing on and off. Having to enter a OTP every time I sign on and sign off is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Constant “system errors.
Hub page is constantly missing certain cards. One of them currently is the Schedule for the week; there’s been an error loading it for the last couple weeks. Having that made it actually possible to swap shifts with people through the app. Now I have to wait until I’m at home and either do it on a tablet or computer which is extremely inconvenient.
Hell, last night I went to clock out, but the damn Clock card was missing! Had to completely exit the app, reopen it, and log in again.
Oh, and when a shift giveaway is approved, TAKE IT OFF MY SCHEDULE. Makes no sense to keep it on there.
Maybe instead of focusing on changing the damn app color, they should actually make the app 100% functional.

Abysmal User Experience
The buttons you need to press to confirm actions are too close to the edge of the screen to interact with. Additionally, one cannot easily see when your time off is confirmed. Also, I have to login everyday ? What’s the point of biometric authentication?
Total Garbage
The app is not made for mobile. Will not detect button push such as an OK button in corner of screen. It locks up and or freezes. I have an iPhone 17 which is the latest iPhone. The design and layout is horrendous. Surprised Apple allowed this app on their store.

Unusable on my works iPhone. The input on screen is about an inch lower than where I press.
One of the worst work apps out there
I have tried to put in my tips or just do basic checking my schedule or anything and this is the slowest dumbest I’ve I’ve ever used. I can’t even type in numbers when I’m inputting my tips if I one number it shows up as a different number example if I hit two, it won’t respond if I hit the back button, it becomes six so all of my inputting is wrong is the worst app to use for any system.

Worst clock-on app in the history of smartphone apps
This application is ridiculously inefficient. Every time I have to sign in, I have to check and accept the company id, It won’t just remember the selection and auto load.
There is no biometric logon features, so I am required to enter my user/employee id and password manually every time.
Every few days it will force me to request a OTP and when I select the sms option I never receive one, I have to select the option twice for it to register.
I’d rather punch my supervisor in the face and lose money rather than use this application and get paid.

Logging hours
This update won’t allow me to enter my hours type the hours from the keypad and comes up with different numbers. Having manager to enter my hours on system

For developers, please make this app a true phone version, not just a copy and paste replica from a desktop version.
Frustrating and Poorly Designed
This app has way too many steps just to sign in, it’s not user-friendly at all, and it’s clearly not optimized for iPhone. Honestly, it feels like a terrible app experience overall.

Field Worker App Review
This app is so helpful. I have been using it for a few months now and it’s been super helpful if you are field employed and on the road.
Slow and useless
App takes way too long to load sometimes longer or never. Won’t preload for more than 5 mins or so. Password has to be changed every couple of months which is a pain. Also it requires verification all the time. This is for an app that simply clocks you on and off work. History disappears after just 4 days so you can’t even check your times over the current pay cycle. Less than 1 star for this waste of time.

There is no Page for Timesheet and Time Off. This app has limited access and can’t be too useful.
