Update: Links added to files now display the name of the file instead of the URL by default. Update: Improved internal processes for troubleshooting issues with the mobile app’s performance. Update: The direct link to contact Fiix Support can now be found in the More tab of the mobile app with an updated look. Upcoming change: In the next scheduled release of the mobile app (version 1.60.0), we will no longer support iOS/iPadOS 16. We recommend updating your devices to iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 or later. Is there a way to download attachments?

Is there a way to download attachments such as a user or maintenance manual of an asset so that every time I don’t have to download it again to read it? Some manuals can get quite big and take up quite a lot of data usage.

Daily , sometimes twice a day I have to log into this app in order to receive notifications and to look at work orders. Please fix this so we don’t have to log in constantly

Poor mobile app

Do not get this app go to someone else this app is complete garbage. Parts don’t load very buggy poor overall design not user friendly
