Keeps crashing and cameras keep freezing, can’t believe companies use this!

Clearly sold by Honeywell to legacy organizations that don’t know about tools invented after 1999… What a mess!

App continually crashes and has done for years. When will there be an update?
Stream format not supported
Just got this app and credentials from a site security. Can not view any cameras, it says "stream format not supported".

Like Adpro you need a licence for controlling and using speech
So again you pay out 4k for the 2e and get slapped with parting with more money for the app vary poor to other suppliers that give you the same but it's free

Streams for demo sites not working.

Not bad. Yes it locks up and falls over but generally good.
Good to demo to clients etc.
Most of all nice to see its free we'll done xtralis.

Clean and Simple
This app clearly isn't for everyone, I love it. Quick and streamlined without any bells or whistles truly absent, everything it needs to be. Nothing more.
Ok but needs more features
This app is ok, but needs some improvements. There needs to be an ipad version and it needs to mirror the actual software used on pc's, i.e. There needs to be a settings function (to gain access to the settings on the fast trace unit that you connect to) a way to view the status page, alarms, inputs/outputs, hardware status etc
As a system engineer, this app would be very useful, if it had all the added extras. I could use an ipad with a 3g connection instead of having to carry a laptop, psu and network cable with me everywhere i go. The app would also , if updated, help considerably with system commissioning and fault finding.
Until a decent update is released, allowing more in depth operation of the systems, its a pretty useless app.

Good app but still needs some work
The app works well the majority of the time but can be quite unstable at times. Support from Xtralis is non-existent so don't expect a reply to any emails sent to them.
Control of the cameras works well on both wifi and 3g.
I would like to see an ipad version of the app alingside this one and have the last few bugs ironed out.

It does crash everytime i add a site but if i re run the app it works fine !!

This app is so stupid and doesn't do much
Useless app!
I have been waiting a long time for the release of this app which has turned out to be useless, will not display image from cameras. I have reported the fault & requested assistance via the website over a week ago, response promised in 48 hours - still waiting!!
