Not working anymore
Been using this app for a couple years for my child. Late last year I wasn’t able to track or see the route to school and home in real time anymore, the scheduled rides are f showing up. I’ve called multiple times and I get told “we are working on the app”. Not sure what happened but they should fix this glitch so parents have a piece of mind their kids have gotten to the destination.

This app rarely works and every time there’s an update, it stays broken for so long

This app hardly ever works. It just spins. When it does work it is glitchy and delayed.

App got worse with each update and now doesn’t even open.
The Adroit drive part of their services is OK, and customer service is usually good, however, a lot of the services that they offer like tracking your child’s ride, texting customer service or receiving notifications regarding the rides, are done through the app which is always glitchy. Three updates ago the text started malfunctioning, then two updates ago it stopped working all together, and with the most recent update, the app no longer opens. You were just directed to their face page with the name of the company and the little spinning tracker and you just stay there. Completely useless.

My experience using Adroit for my daughter has been so good.
My family was blessed to have the best driver and the best companion .
They make a great team, are educated and very kind, always mindful that my daughter has special needs. She loves riding in the car Adroit Guardians.

Adroit Transportation App
Adroit app is always having technical difficulties, this app never gives the Parents, Caregivers, guardians the correct information as to who

Bad performance
The app does not update where the driver is in the morning on the way to pick up the student. It also fails to send notifications consistently. The driver is never listed for the morning commute, only the afternoon. This app functioned better last spring.

This app was recently updated and now you can only send messages one character at a time, which means if you are in a bind to talk to them you can’t message in less than 15 minutes.

I do not receive notifications and I have them on so that is concerning.

Safety issue
My child’s driver did not show up on the map. We had no idea where he was with my daughter, and the apps messaging feature hasn’t worked for a couple of days.

Unresponsive
The app is not helpful at all. Nobody responds and the hold time is 25 minutes + each time. No urgency, no efficiency
Cannot Track ride
GPS does not work, unable to track ride. Reached out to Company and they stated drivers choice. They require parents to use but updates are slow and it’s feature is useless.
Very confusing messages in the app
Several times there are incorrect communications about the child’s ride and it causes concern about the child’s safety. The number to call support is also unresponsive.
