Not working anymore
Been using this app for a couple years for my child. Late last year I wasn’t able to track or see the route to school and home in real time anymore, the scheduled rides are f showing up. I’ve called multiple times and I get told “we are working on the app”. Not sure what happened but they should fix this glitch so parents have a piece of mind their kids have gotten to the destination.

This app rarely works and every time there’s an update, it stays broken for so long

This app hardly ever works. It just spins. When it does work it is glitchy and delayed.

App got worse with each update and now doesn’t even open.
The Adroit drive part of their services is OK, and customer service is usually good, however, a lot of the services that they offer like tracking your child’s ride, texting customer service or receiving notifications regarding the rides, are done through the app which is always glitchy. Three updates ago the text started malfunctioning, then two updates ago it stopped working all together, and with the most recent update, the app no longer opens. You were just directed to their face page with the name of the company and the little spinning tracker and you just stay there. Completely useless.
