Panel doesn’t work with app cameras don’t work! Have had nothing but trouble with system every since ADT took over Alder
Unapproved Switched
Alder switched my account to ADT without my consent however I figured try them out Horrible service!!! App no longer works was told by customer support to install ADT app which doesn’t connect to my Alder panel and ADT wants to chrg $600+ to update to ADT panel !!!
Camera trouble
Camera now won’t connect can’t get it to generate a QR code.
So many bugs
Horrible app. Can’t log out to try to reset it. Can’t view activity. Can’t arm or disarm alarm. Looking for an alternative app if one is out there.
