Poor equipment, poor customer service.
Batteries drain in just a few weeks. AI assist is of no help.

This is the worst app I use. Features are not easy to find. Very difficult to set recording rules.

It’s a rip off you pay so much money for a service that you are not receiving and please do not sign in to a contract as you will get ripped off.

Please can they update the app seriously! £50 a month and the app looks neglected!

This app is absolutely awful if your camera picks someone up you click on that camera and it take forever to load by the time it loads If it don’t time out who ever is there have gone this app it a nightmare @ADT do something about this app look what people are saying we are paying for a service and getting nothing

This app is so slow you click on a camera to view it by the time it loads the person that activated the trip while has gone

Slow operating
The app takes ages to connect so when trying to arm or disarm the alarm, whether at home or away, takes around5 minutes.

The app is very slow and takes long to load doorbell and other cameras from Mobile App and also Panel.
Basic good but complex
Not easy to set up rules for camera trip wires - AI object recognition boot good - would have expected more

By the time the doorbell video loads, the caller has already left. Much preferred Ring for that. The app is clunky and confusing. I have had to call customer services many times to try to action things. Very disappointed with the whole system.
It’s nearly midnight and I’m being continually pinged with notifications because it’s raining or cats are driving by, even though it’s meant to be set up for my father’s property only. He’s not even there at the moment!
