I will not refer ADT Solar!!
Electrician stole my tools and they sat at ADT Solar for over 2 weeks and no one called me. I found out when I realized they were missing, so I checked my security cameras. I was treated poorly and as if I was not worthy of their time, yet they were being so gracious to spend time talking to me. The regional manager spent almost a week before contacting me. Stay away from this company!! Once they get your money you become worthless to them if their is a problem. Look on solar review websites and you will see they admit to taking them and keeping them. Now my $714 evacuation hoses do not work properly and before they were in ADT Solar’s possession without my consent, permission, or knowledge they worked fine. Stay away! I will not refer you!!!

Panels on the roof for 9 months and still not functional. All kinds of excuses, communication is shotty at best.

Worst referral reward ever!
So family referred us for a presentation.
Afterwards we were told to download an app to get a $25 payment
The app download wasn’t working. We requested an alternative means of getting us our $25 but they insisted we must use the app.
Finally worked. It demanded we link our bank account number to the app. Tried several times. Eventually worked.
They’ve refused to pay the $25 since April. Yep - eight months. Have called half a dozen times. Check the app in 48 hours they said each time.
Every normal company gives you a gift card but not these guys. They’ll invade your phone with another needless app then invade your personal bank account and you won’t get a measly $25.
Worst still we were booked for two days back to back because they had an issue the first day. This was time taken off work for their representation - twice - in additional to countless time lost on the app and calls over eight months!
