Bad Start
First-time user of the app, and it was frustrating. Loaded fine and smoothly took all of my vehicle and personal information, including my card number. When I tried to make a purchase it wouldn’t apply a $5 coupon. I went to the store and between the clerk and I we tried everything we could think of for 20 minutes but were never able to get the coupon to work. I’ll probably try it again at some point, but they lost their chance to make a good first impression.
