They charged me twice
I don’t know why but they have charged my card twice and this isn’t the only issue I had too. I’ve had shipping issues with no package being delivered and it’s a whole process for them. Idk I hope you get the luck the draw using this app because I don’t get it. 230 dollars charged twice on rent day at the end of month. thanks.

Pretty Decent
They’re pretty great with pricing I could never complain. Some of the parts they have to offer are the same or even better than Summit Racing in Ohio and the prices are either the same or cheaper
Broken promises - Don’t trust this company
I ordered a catalytic converter that was listed as “guaranteed” to fit my particular year, make, and model on the website. The website also stated this was an unreturnable part. When I took the part to my mechanic he let me know the part was too small and even with welding it would cause my Mercedes sound like a truck. When I contacted CarParts.com, and explained the that this part was guaranteed to fit but actually did not fit, I was put off numerous times over 3 months. Since May I’ve called just about every other week. Each time I called I was promised a call back by the end of the day or within a few days. I did not receive 1 callback including promises made by managers. My last call this past week I was told that my request for a refund was denied and did not offer any compensation. I requested to talk to a manager but was told none were available but one would call me back. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back. I’m the denial they cited that the part was unreturnable but did not hold themselves accountable for the false promise that the part would fit. They referred to the manufacturer, Magna, denying the refund. Even if Magna denied the refund, CarParts.com bears responsibility because they guaranteed it would fit my pspecific year, make, and model. That’s the only reason I was comfortable making the purchase. This company and the employees lack integrity. Because so many gave me the same promise to check into it and would get back to me by the end of the day says that this must be a part of their training. They are trained to lie if necessary? Wow! I do not trust them at all with future business. It was a horrible experience. Next stop Better Business Bureau…
