Terrible
The amount of times we get an error message and the patient isn’t able to fill out the form. We’ve had patient get so angry AMD needs to find a better program. This is just an inconvenience to staff and patients we want to digitalize everything but not with this unreliable trash program
Garbage
I can’t believe AMD would even offer such an unreliable application. I wouldn’t let a patient use this on a bet. Our patients and staff are so frustrated every time we’ve tried to use this. We’ve had several patients take up 10 or 15 minutes of their time filling out forms only to have them lost when they try and send them requiring them to start over. I don’t think there is a single thing within this application that actually works as it is supposed to.

Constant Errors
My practice can not get through a single day without issues with this app. Patient forms NEVER save, it shouldn’t take 4 tries to get them to go through to the main Advanced MD system. Patients are frustrated and so is my staff. We call support and every time you say the system is fully functional when it’s clearly not. Fix it.

Stuck on wrong patient on signature page
After patient checks in and fills form. Signature page is stuck on a wrong patient information

Error after patient sign in and date of birth year should be able to type in not search year
iOS 12 Problems
We have over 25 iPads that can only go to iOS 12, the required spots on forms do not show up correctly, we need a fix as soon as possible. Please.

Can’t see required spots
Required sections on the forms are so transparent you can’t see it. Need an update to fix this ASAP

Needs Fingerprint Login
The app works well, but really needs Fingerprint Logins like the other apps.
