Thanks for giving us a little better interest rate on our high yield savings account. When we opened our account it was 5% and has gone down to 3% in the past months. That did not encourage us to add to this saving account recently. We do like the online banking and have had no problems with it lately… thanks. lw

The Advia mobile application is very useful for managing my account for my small business. The interface and workflow for making a payment at the “Bill Pay” site is awkward and confusing. When I add a comment or add a personal note, the app returns to a screen that looks like the initial blank form. Another confusing thing is that the app prefers its “Pay All” button and makes it difficult to pay the individual payment that I am filling out e.g. commercial space monthly lease with comment and note.

It could be way more user friendly. It could use an update. Compared to apps with similar size credit unions I believe this app is not up to par. Given how amazing advia as an institution is. I think it needs a better app.
