When I press my thumb to enter,I might not set it on right so it kicks me off to do the password and id. Can you make it easier for me?
Accounts take for ever to refresh.
This app takes for ever to refresh the accounts. I have to keep clicking back and forth on the accounts to get them to update balances. Interesting that the watch app updates easier.

I love the convenience of being able to check where I’m at before I spend money. I really like being able to pay all my bills and also see what I paid previously.

Quit making us change passwords, I’m not computer savvy. But I do like this app and Advia Credit Union!

I find the app saves me time and money. I can move money around without leaving the house. At the cost of gas that means a lot. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or if it’s on a Sunday or not. I can check my account in just seconds also. I’m not a technical wizard by any stretch but I find it very easy to use. Thanks

Great Online Banking
The Advia App makes it so convenient and easy to do all your banking online. And I mean all your banking and whether you're a computer pro or novice. The list seems almost endless and incredibly easy, but if you should ever have to call their Customer Service Department for assistance, they are all friendly, kind and caring!

Would not recommend men this bank to my worst enemy
Need me pay a debit card of mine that was stolen that I’ve reported froze my account and never told me that I couldn’t put my text to the ATM did not know there’s a penalty for that. Got a letter in the mail. Saying only had to pay $300 of the thousand dollars that was stolen, which I was actually willing to pay that I didn’t spend go in there end up having to pay 1000. Do not go to any idea. I don’t feel like I’ve been there 20 years. Just need any bank is better than this one.
