App
I absolutely love the app for easy shopping, tracking, recent orders, & so much more!!
Infuriating
This app never works properly, I’m constantly locked out or it’s frozen or somethings wrong. I end up not shopping at AE or years after being fed up and then try again thinking technology must have improved! But no.
Me encanta ♥️

I LOVE these brands. I wear something from them everyday, mixed in with my Free People brand, and others.

Availability
Originally this item was out of stock and I requested to be notified when available. I was very happy to receive an email in less than a week that it was available so I could order it. Great customer service

Love AE
Whether you call or visit a store the staff is outstanding! At a time when customer service is not always a priority AE never fails.
Stock
I have been waiting for the purple ultra soft pocket boxers for about 3 months. Then I saw Snoopy Halloween underwear and I was gonna wait until they restocked the Purple Underwear, but then the Snoopy underwear started selling. And put me in an awkward position. Cause obviously I wanted some snoopy but not 7 pairs.
Long story short: 3 stars because you don’t post when you or even if things will be back on the store. You need update emails on what is coming back later or what is being discontinued. 3 months is too long.
