No customer service

This store and complaint do not know how to treat customers or make a sale in a positive way. They are not willing to ask you if you need help even tho there are 5 employees behind the cash registers visiting. Absolutely disrespectful and rude. I will never go in that store again. Teach your employees how to respect people in general. Basic 101 skills are lacking. We are not in high school. This is a business.

Back-stocked order.

So, I ordered an easy satin tie babydoll top on the hollister app BEFORE it sold out. I get an email saying my order has to be cancelled because it was “back stocked” which is RIDICULOUS because I was waiting 2 weeks for this order just to get an email saying I will not be receiving this item.
