First time ordering through the application. I was sent the wrong item, and when trying to return it, the item was sold out. Emailed the company, no response. Overall would not order through this company again.

So cute clothing and so preppy stuff I so easy to order stuff such a good app. I love it so much if you think I’m cute little dresses and bathing suits and tops and shorts and a ton of stuff. This place is really good but they do one small which I love because everything fits me better.

This store and complaint do not know how to treat customers or make a sale in a positive way. They are not willing to ask you if you need help even tho there are 5 employees behind the cash registers visiting. Absolutely disrespectful and rude. I will never go in that store again. Teach your employees how to respect people in general. Basic 101 skills are lacking. We are not in high school. This is a business.

Back-stocked order.
So, I ordered an easy satin tie babydoll top on the hollister app BEFORE it sold out. I get an email saying my order has to be cancelled because it was “back stocked” which is RIDICULOUS because I was waiting 2 weeks for this order just to get an email saying I will not be receiving this item.
