Lifesaving App!
I’ve been using Aeon since it included permission to participate in the study - at least since early 2014. Over multiple phones, even switching Operating Systems, I come back to it again and again. It is a simple, easy to use, and beautifully designed app that truly helps with the practice of mindfulness and all the mental health benefits that brings. A million thank you’s to the developer!
