I was sceptical about using a phone app to book taxi but it worked perfect. The app even allows you to look up your address or use GPS when your not sure exactly what street your in. I find its better at on sat night when it can be busy calling office, i just made booking from my iphone and taxi was outside 4 mins later....perfect :)
