Kept getting told to get tickets here as “it’s cheaper”, but it doesn’t offer return tickets for a single route I take, only singles, which ends up working out £4 more expensive than just buying a return on the bus. Most of the time even if I go to buy a single it tells me it’s only available to buy on the bus LOL. What’s the point of the app if I have to buy tickets on the bus anyway and I can just check routes with built-in apps like Google Maps

Since the recent update there is now no real time departures can only track buses and this is not helpful as sometimes the bus disappears off the map
