Brilliant resource
I’ve only had this app for a few days and already have learned so much. The tutorials are very clear and easy to follow. I had a question about something I was struggling with and it got answered within a few hours. Also really appreciate that the subscription is easy to manage, with transparency on the charges (having had trouble with this in the past with a similar program from two famous aerial influencers - and honestly this Aerial Physique program is much more comprehensive and cheaper/better value for money). Wish I had signed up to it ages ago!

Fantastic app for aerialists
I love that I can have a teacher on hand whenever I do an open gym. I feel safer trying things out. APTV has helped me have a much more efficient session when training on my own. I’m not scrolling Instagram trying to figure things out or drawing a blank. I recommend APTV to others who practice on their own time because it’s the safest way to try new things. Plus you can get feedback quickly just by asking a question.
