Brilliant resource
I’ve only had this app for a few days and already have learned so much. The tutorials are very clear and easy to follow. I had a question about something I was struggling with and it got answered within a few hours. Also really appreciate that the subscription is easy to manage, with transparency on the charges (having had trouble with this in the past with a similar program from two famous aerial influencers - and honestly this Aerial Physique program is much more comprehensive and cheaper/better value for money). Wish I had signed up to it ages ago!

Fantastic app for aerialists
I love that I can have a teacher on hand whenever I do an open gym. I feel safer trying things out. APTV has helped me have a much more efficient session when training on my own. I’m not scrolling Instagram trying to figure things out or drawing a blank. I recommend APTV to others who practice on their own time because it’s the safest way to try new things. Plus you can get feedback quickly just by asking a question.

I love APTV! A must-have for aerialists
I recommend APTV to other aerialists because it is such a broad and well-rounded learning platform. It has tutorials for skills that you can learn on day one, up to skills that I'm still working to master 5 years into my aerial journey. I love learning new pathways into skills that I never would have thought of on my own! They have some videos too that are for entire sequences, which is really cool! In addition, as a silks specialist, it's fun to have a lyra training day just-for-fun every once in a while! APTV has plenty of tutorials that are clear, helpful, and of all levels.

My favorite thing about APTV is how much it inspires me—whether I’m looking for new shapes, fresh transitions, or ways to break things down when I’m teaching. I recently had to create a silks act for a show with only a couple of days to prepare. Silks were my first apparatus when I started aerial 10 years ago, but over the last six years I’ve focused more on rope, dance trapeze, lyra, and pole. I still teach silks to beginners, but I couldn’t quite remember all the intermediate and advanced flows.
APTV was a lifesaver. It helped me refresh my memory, discover new shapes and sequences, and confidently put together a piece in such a short amount of time.
I also live about two hours outside NYC, so in-person classes with my coaches aren’t always accessible. I have my own equipment and a small studio on my property, which makes APTV the perfect resource when I want to explore, train, or experiment on my own at home. Plus the interface is super easy to navigate

My favorite thing about APTV is that I’m able to search for tricks, depending on skill levels and have breakdowns for my students and for myself. It opens up opportunities to have more clarity of teaching, tricks and more clarity

Very responsive and generous
I really appreciate how accessible everything is and how Jill listens to feedback. I also like that there our lesson plans and even though it’s expensive for the year, it’s not so expensive worth it for someone who has a family on a budget. It means I can share it with a couple of my friends that are in the same classes with me or we are training together for our programs. Everything is broken down so well.

Great App
I love using this app. It allows me to learn learn new moves whenever I want, and watch master classes from anywhere. I relly like how the tutorials show the moves 2-3 times and at least one of the times is in slow motion. It makes it really easy to use. I can also decide what types of moves I want to do.
