The app overcharges you and the company makes it very difficult to get a refund even after the company acknowledged the error.

Never works. Can’t ever pick a seat. Doesn’t remember my trips. Can’t add baggage. Literally this app causes me so much stress. I despise it.

Use the other app! Called AMX 2.0. This one is absolutely awful.

Every time I want to use the app, to book a flight, check my flight status, see my boarding pass or whatever it is. I have to delate the app and install it back again.
It never remembers my user name and password I have to enter everything again, over and over.
This app does nothing or very little for any user experience, I have used the united airlines, air Canada, and many others and the apps are much more user friendly.
Do yourself a favour and don’t get it, it’s useless.

Needs to be improved.
Unusable. Crashed every time I tried to sign in.
App crashes - Authentication
App keeps crashing during “login authentication.” I try to login to my account and during the login process the app crashes. Aeromexico app is useless without being able to login.

Frustrating
Worst airline app I’ve ever used. Filled out all the information, received the green check mark and still wouldn’t let me check in.
No chat function
Finally after 30 minutes of trying different items figured out I needed to change the phone number since it was the same as someone else’s on the reservation. Never let us know , just had to figure it out.
Don’t bother calling customer service.

Horrible manage information
It doesn't allow you to add passenger information beforehand. You enter one passenger's information correctly, but the other traveler's name doesn't appear to complete it, so you can't continue. The same thing happens when setting up a new account: you enter the correct information, but it doesn't allow you to continue.

Terrible experiencia
Tenía un vuelo a las 12 de la noche, lo retrasan y nos ponen a las 3 am y luego lo vuelven a retrasar para las 4 de la mañana, yo estoy viajando por emergencia tenía que estar en mi destino por la mañana, ya no lo lograré y tendrá consecuencias para mí, no vuelvo a comprar un solo boleto aéreo con esta asquerosa aerolínea, una estrella es demasiado para ellos

Worst App I have ever used
Truly unusable. Makes you login over and over. Loads forever. Shuts down randomly. I actively avoid purchasing flights with Aeromexico because of this.

La aplicación según me da opción para “check in” pero cada ves que lo hago, me manda ha hacerlo de nuevo. Como no me deja, tengo que ir con los agentes en el aeropuerto para hacer el “check in”. Como no vivo cerca a del aeropuerto, es hasta un 2 horas antes de mi vuelo cuando se mi asiento. Pero, como fui unos de los últimos de hacer el check in, el otro día me pusieron al final y no pude abordar el vuelo que había comprado, porque me habían puesto en standby. Porfavor, arreglen esto. La applicacion necesita mantenimiento.
