We have been using Aeroport Taxi & Limo service for 4 years now. We fly into Toronto 3-5 times per year to visit family. I feel very safe when traveling by myself.
Especially impressed with those early morning or late night pickups in the snow or rain.

Don’t use them! The app is a scam. Quote you, then call and say price is higher … when you are already late for flight. Hostage taking.

This is the best taxi limo service used by many of my friends and myself get the app and you will save money
Great service, app needs work
Been using this company for years. They are always reliable and efficient. I recently used the app for the first time and it needs work. I was in a different time zone when I booked my ride and it did not recognize that so my reservation was 3 hours later than it should have been. Credit to them, they had a car for me promptly anyway. Also, app feedback mechanism within the app requires you to use the iOS mail app, which many people don’t use.

We use Aeroport taxi every time we travel to the airport. So far, all of our drivers have been friendly and we felt safe in the vehicles. Would highly recommend this service.

Horrible Experience – Left Stranded at 2 AM with a Toddler
I wish zero stars was an option. I booked an airport taxi with this company over two weeks in advance, specifically requesting a car seat for my 21-month-old child. We received a confirmation email stating that a car would be available upon arrival and followed the instructions to call after collecting our luggage. To our shock, we were told no cars were available.
Adding to the confusion, we received a text saying a car was waiting and were given another number to call—only to be told again that no ride was available. Worse still, the representative hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.
We were left stranded at the airport at 2 AM in freezing winter temperatures with no support from the company. Despite calling back and being told we were “on the board” and would receive updates, we never heard from them again.
This company failed to deliver on its promises, leaving a mother and young child in a vulnerable and unsafe situation. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. If you need reliable airport transportation—especially if you're traveling with young children—look elsewhere.

First bad experience with this group
I've been using this service for years and have been very satisfied and recommended it to others. This past pickup Dec 12th was reserved well in advance for YZZ and I was left waiting 45 minutes despite the kind staff at pre-reserved airport transport making 5 calls during this time until a driver finally showed up. I was very glad that this wasn't my pickup to go catch a 4 am flight from my Whitby residence.

Grab your luggage at the airport, book ride on the App and by the time you get to the airport front door your driver is pulling up. Doesn’t get much better than that! Why park and fly or inconvenience a friend or relative? Another in a growing list of great service. Darren
Don’t prebook
Great app when you're booking for now, but prebooking is badly broken. I booked for three days out and then got a notification the same day that the car was on the way to pick me up. I also tried multiple bookings but it wouldn't accept more than one. Otherwise, works fine.
App doesn’t allow to add home or favourite address
Tried to add multiple times and it doesn’t work. Deleted the App and tried it again and still did not work
Doesn’t work anymore
This app used to be great, but it no longer works. It asks for a cell phone number and sends you a verification code. Once you enter the code, it asks for your email address. It then says “this email address is already in use” and won’t let you progress any further. You can’t log in, you can’t book a taxi… I guess I will have to use a different company.

Captcha issues
Use to use this app all the time. Now I can’t get past the Captcha picture select screen. I guess I have to find another ride service…
App has a glitch
When attempting to use the app it asks for an email for receipts. When I enter the email it says this email is already in use. But no other option to proceed further or actually sign into the app. So now that my email has an account associated you can’t even sign in with it.
reCAPCHA
Would love to try the app but the reCAPCHA doesn’t work. I’ve spent the last 15 minutes clicking buses, cars, stairs, you name it. All I get is the spinning circle of death.

Very easy to book trip. The driver arrived much earlier than my pre-booked trip 😍 Clean and safe car.
Pricing is not flat
Be warned that the quoted price is not the final price. I was quoted $45 flat rate and then was told it was $75 once I arrived
