Inconsistent app
Good update from old app
Only day 1 using this but after months of the intercom not ringing on iPhone with the Praetorian app the combination of this new app and updating the firmware of the intercom has us back in business.
Great support from AES tech support to let us know this would resolve our issues too.

Really bad
Just poor. The interface is slow and clunky. If you just want to open the gates you have to access the camera and mic before you can.
It’s really badly designed. I’m actually thinking of getting rid of the whole thing and starting again with another intercom on the basis of this app.

Good gate software
We have been very pleased with the APP. Simple to use and good control over gate functions. We had some questions and their tech support was prompt and extremely helpful.
Has a few bugs
Not able to edit admin password on iPhone or iPad. This feature works on Android app. Notifications do not work consistently.
