Why bother?
I don’t understand the point of this app or the website as a whole. It feels performative more like the website and app exist only to meet some kind of requirement. Aetna does not invest the same amount of money in this app or website as they do their Aetna Health app for people who aren’t poor. I’m not sure why Medicaid recipients are excluded from utilizing the main website and the main app and they’re given these glitchy useless dysfunctional tools with no features. As you can see their main app has an amazing rating, but this one has a horrible one because poor people aren’t afforded to access to the futures or tools or anything that’s actually functional.

Can’t even log in
Can’t log into the app. I have used the forgot username option and it shows me exactly what I had typed in when I entered the member id information, name, etc and it still won’t let me log in. Then tried the forgot password option and same thing happens.
Just wow
Not a single one of there websites, apps, or QR codes work (on physical paper documents.) I’ve had nothing but issues when I try to do anything, from finding a provider to trying to access any links. It’s awful, frustrating, and feels like you have to fight just to view your medical records, bills, appointments, benefits, etc etc.

App and Website Don’t Provide Information
So I would like to know, does this company care about its Medicaid recipients? The website doesn’t work you login, it tells you it’s been moved. Moved where, it doesn’t say, even Google AI can’t figure it out. So you think I’ll go to the app. The app is just as worse. I just want to see how much my son’s brain surgery would be just to inquire and I can’t get no answers. You are stuck in an infinite loop that you’ll never get out of, just like the backrooms. Then they respond back to reviews with the obligatory I’m sorry we’ll look into message. They do nothing. Interesting for a company that’s worth billions of dollars. If you have Aetna through your employer or you’re paying for it, of course the app and website will work but Medicaid I guess we’re not deserved of that type of assistance.

Unable to use features
I’m not sure when there was update as I only go onto the app to retrieve a copy of my medical card when needed but I’ve had absolutely no luck on using it lately. I’m unable to see my benefits and just getting an error message.
Doesn’t work, forces close
The app doesn’t work. I’ve tried to access it for days and to no avail it closes whenever I click on ANY tab! No matter what I click on the app closes completely!

Face ID feature is broken
The app has a serious issue with Face ID. You can enable Face ID in the settings (there is only one toggle for it), but the setting does not persist. As soon as you exit the app and reopen it, Face ID is disabled again and you have to set it up from scratch. This makes the feature essentially unusable and defeats the purpose of quick secure login. Please fix this bug.

I’ve been using the app for over a year and now it no longer works. I cannot log in or reset password.
Happiness within
This app has so many bugs that need to be fixed. Let’s be honest the IT people and the people who created the platform you guys need to get it together and get together. This is the worst app I’ve ever used as an end user. Games in the Apple Store work better than this. The lag time is crazy, the error messages given when you’ve logged in correctly are crazy, the logging me out while I’m still looking for a provider is also crazy. If you ask have let it sit at a rest mode, no I just literally logged on. The hyperlinks don’t even work, it says click here, you click it nothing happens. I could go on and on but I think those two are good enough. When it is all fixed I hope I get a reply or acknowledgment that it is up and running correctly.

Changing the PCP and showing card online
This app needs some revisions. Y’all need to make features such as change my PCP easier because some of us are used to changing it without having to contact an agent. Also, the card is not showing up when I go to view my card. Additionally, it doesn’t show change my pharmacy either. Major improvements on the app needs to happen.

Needs serious revisions
I thought maybe it was a recent thing, the bugs. This is the only way you can even "see" benefits, if you can even call what you CAN see that. The interface is terrible, and nothing pops up most of the time. Not to mention, you can't even log into the website either, so this is the only way. It seems like a massive oversight to overlook recipients of Aetna Better Health recipients, and for this issue to have not been fixed for presumably years.

Please fix your app!
I think if I tried to log in 10 times, I may only be able to get in 2. It’s very frustrating when I have a serious med that supposed to be covered, but my doctors pharmacy says y’all didn’t reimburse them for my meds last time, so they can’t write them anymore and they will have to go to an outside pharmacy. Please do better with your app so we can see what’s going on.

Extremely Disappointing
The Aetna Medicaid app is incredibly frustrating to use. Half the time, I can’t even login — constant errors and times out make basic access a struggle. On top of that, the design feels like an afterthought. The user interface is noticeably less polished and far less intuitive than the standard Aetna app. It honestly doesn’t even look as nice.
Aetna Medicaid recipients deserve the same level of access, design quality, and user experience as other Aetna members. This app sends the message that our healthcare experience is not a priority. Please fix the login issues and bring the interface up to the same standard as the main Aetna app.

Every time I go on this site I am UNBLE to log on. IS THIS ON PURPOSE.?? Fix it please unfair practice for seniors on Medicare who have paid into this for years.

It wont even let me log in with the app, saying I’m not allowed in? The website is more functional in the browser at least logging in on a computer. Aetnas website side bar wont show up in my phone browser.
