Never Works

Absolutely the worst app. I try to login, it says incorrect password. I reset my password, it says “cannot complete request”.

When I log in via the web, it books my ride, then immediately cancels my ride and leaves me stranded at the last possible minute just half an hour before my appointment so I have no way to get to the doctor. Waste of taxpayer dollars.

Very easy to use Service.

The app shows me my trips and if I need to cancel or I need to reschedule it lets me do that. Thank you highly approve of this app. Well done guys.

Stupid company with a stupid driver and an app that barely works. Pure garbage all around

No drivers available

While the app is extremely easy to use about 1/3 of the trips that I book have no drivers available at the time supposed to pick me up in the last month. I’ve had to reschedule for appointment. Because nobody picked me up.
