AVOID at all costs— unreliable, unhelpful, & a genuine headache
I also forgot to add it was a massive headache when I was able to drive and using the reimbursement logs.. I never got several reimbursements sent despite emailing over the paperwork. I got reimbursed maybe twice out of the entire time I used those.. which is irritating considering how time consuming it is to do them .. about 30 minutes a phone call and if anything changes with the time -even an hr, then you got to.. go through that again to let them know.. wasted my time when I could’ve done other things instead of making phone calls and going back out of my way to get a signature I forgot to ask for.
Bottom line is they don’t seem to be very reliable in any way shape or form, nor empathetic/understanding of their members.. it’s just about the multi-million dollar deal they have

App Feedback & Bug Report
* Save Address Details: Save facility/home phone numbers and specific pickup/drop-off instructions so users don't have to re-enter them every time.
* Enforce Dispatch Notes & Gear: Require dispatch to read patient notes before booking. Standardize accessibility tools (like step stools and seatbelt extenders) in every vehicle.
* Enable Driver-Patient Calling: Add a direct phone connection between drivers and patients. Use masked numbers to protect privacy.
* Enforce No-Show Protocol: Require drivers to text or call (based on patient preference) with a mandatory reply wait time of 15 minutes before they can leave a pickup location.
Good app/bad service
I was told that I would receive a text when a driver was coming. After waiting for 15 more minutes, I had not received a text. I had to walk almost almost 4 miles to get home.
Uber driver don’t read note
Inflated mileage, no ride history to verify accuracy
Additionally, my inability to access ride history beyond approximately 3–4 weeks makes it difficult to independently verify the full extent of these discrepancies.
Given these circumstances, I strongly believe that there may be fraudulent activity occurring within Modivcare’s billing or ride-recording processes.

Helpful app, but scheduling needs to improvement
There should also be an option to save an ITP driver profile. I am the client’s caregiver and regular ITP driver, so most trips begin at our home. I should not have to enter the same driver and location information every time.
The biggest improvement would be recurring trip scheduling. My child has therapy on the same days every week, and I should be able to select every Monday, Tuesday, or multiple days for a certain period instead of scheduling every trip individually. A “copy previous trip” button and an easier way to add the return trip would also save caregivers a lot of time.
These updates would make the app much faster and more convenient for families who manage several medical and therapy appointments each week.
Can’t book round trip
Never Works
When I log in via the web, it books my ride, then immediately cancels my ride and leaves me stranded at the last possible minute just half an hour before my appointment so I have no way to get to the doctor. Waste of taxpayer dollars.
