You’re not showing on UnitedHealthcare’s app that I got a ride
How come you’re not showing that I got a ride for September 4 September 10 and September 11 why aren’t you not showing? You should be showing on UnitedHealthcare it should be on the app itself a yellow looking car that lets me know when my appointment is
Terrible App
This APP does not allow a new “account” opening for UHC Arizona.it just says “you’ve been logged out out” and tells me to go to the UHC website for assistance. There is no way to sign up for a SafeRide app account on the UHC Website. I’ll just stick to calling in to schedule my rides. Deleting the APP.

Doesn’t work
I don’t believe in being repetitious. But I’m having the same problem as the previous customer. The app doesn’t work. It keeps telling me my email & password is wrong. When I try to reset it, I’m referred from the website to the app. Then the app says I don’t exist. I’ve gone around and around trying to sign in!!! It doesn’t work! It’s useless! It’s a scam to keep you from getting a ride.

If I could give no stars that would be too good. App hasn’t never worked and is worthless.
App needs LOTS of Improvements
This app is hilarious. Once in a blue moon it will actually book my rides but mostly I end up calling for a human to book the rides. I have complained to Humana since they choose the booking company.
