Login loop from hell
Seriously? In 2026 you’ve created an app that can’t handle SSO login? I get having to login via the healthcare plan creds, but the app refuses to actually take you to the UHC login page. Instead it brings you to the logout page asking you to login again, even though you’ve never logged in to begin with. Ok, so let’s try logging in “again”. Oh, wait….the browser never redirects you back to the app, and if you go back to the app manually, it has no idea you’ve logged in via the browser. Absolutely worthless as a mobile app if you can’t even login.

What good is an app if I have to call?
No voice box how can I make a call when I need to be picked up? Stupid stupid stupid. It is a health app that doesn’t take into consideration individual issues.
My poor mom, who is 90 years old, has been on hold for over an hour on April 1, 2026. Guess it is a Fool’s Day!

For a company that hired someone to make this App they did a poor job considering it has to take you out of the app into a browser to login to your insurance (bcbs nc) which is can’t even acknowledge because its not within the app itself, so you never get to login, and never get to use the app, and never get the medical rides you need. Apps like this should not have issues like this. and support is not much help. probably going to have to write a letter to corporate. providing a medical service to consumers and it doesn’t work violates a few laws. just say. apps like this are strict for a reason and the app works and behaves like it was made casually.

I have been trying to get this app to work since the beginning of the year and it continues to just lead me back to my insurance company and that’s it no way to schedule rides even though they are the ones who are supposed to provide rides.

This app sucks!
It’s nothing like the Modivcare app which is easy to use! United Healthcare really screwed up switching companies! I can’t even book a ride with the app. It first asks what insurance I have and I select United healthcare. Then it asks what state. Which that screen has like 5 states and then has one that says for all other states. So I select that one. Then it logs me out of the app and says go to united healthcare. And it takes me to the United healthcare website but I can’t book a ride there either. Cause it doesn’t even give me the option to select primary care physician for my appointment type. So I called safe ride to book my ride and I could barely understand the agent. I got the first ride booked but before I could say I need to book another trip the agent hung up. The worst app and customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!! And I am 52 yrs old and have experienced lots of companies but never one as bad as this one!!!

App Doesn’t Work
I attempted to log in through my healthcare insurance, but it continued saying I was signed out and would never allow me past that screen. It doesn’t seem to be functional to any degree for a lot of people based on other reviews.
I dont get why spend on an app that does nothing
Don’t get the app. You can’t even open it. Every time you do, you will be sent to your insurance’s web page to log in and that’s it. The app will only tell you to go and sign in on the webpage of your insurance and even if you do, you have to manually come back to the app and it will still be there in the same screen asking you to log in in your insurance’s website.

No history on drivers
Is necessary for your app to have 5 stars to fix the issue of not having a history of your driver or being able to send a message to the person you’ve designated to know if you’re fine or not.
Also ICE agents are passing by drivers to arrest people using one star ratings since they’re new and there’s no way for us to know

It logs you out after selecting your health plan and corresponding state. Then it gives a message that you are not logged in into your health plan’s when actually I am.

The app doesn’t work, sometimes you can schedule a ride and no information will show up so you lose out on your appointment when you call they take forever to answer I wish they would’ve just stuck with the transportation they had before because this one sucks badly

Every time I try to sign into the app, it asked me to select my health care, when I select that, asked for the state., When I select that? It tells me you’re not logged in to your healthcare provider! When actually I am! And it doesn’t bring me back to the safe right app! Something is seriously wrong people! Please fix!

Trips keep disappearing in Lyft app
Please fix the issue for the reservations where whenever I make a reservation through the Lyft app the trips keep disappearing. I will also write the same comment that I am writing to you guys for the Lyft app. I know that you guys will probably get back to me after Christmas. Please fix the issue as soon as you possibly can.
