The website does not work every time I go into the website and try to click on something there’s a maintenance issue so I downloaded the app and the app won’t even log me in. It won’t even continue to load. Please fix this so that we can take care of our bills ASAP!!

Do not use this loan option it will have you making payments the rest of your life. And they work with you to make the payments but it will be a never ending battle. Better off working things out with out them.

They fail to tell you everything you’re getting yourself into. They advertise like a credit card but they will eat you alive with monthly payments! Your borrow $800 and your interest rate will be $2000 and your monthly payment will be $800! But everyday interest will be added to the $2000! Your $800 payment will just be added to the interest but it goes up everyday. If you do a loan with them make sure you have triple the amount you borrowed and just pay it back ASAP! Because every month your payments change! Could be $400, then it’s $600 then it’s $800! BEWARE!!!! Again, they don’t tell you all this! It’s not even in their contract, if it is they got it hidden pretty well!

Predatory company, stay away. They charge you 10% of balance as minimum payment, apply 10% of your payment to principal, 5% to interest, then 75% to their “customary fees” - which gets reported as interested paid rather than service fees.

The banking verification system is broken, so there is no way to add your bank account and complete the application process.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They have daily interest so doing this long term, you’re gonna end up paying three times the amount or more

Awful Customer Service
I saw where a representative from this company responded that they have “world-class customer service”. This is an absolute lie. I have been on hold for over 2 hours. Not to mention, I keep getting hung up on before I ever speak to anyone. Each time I call, I get told they are looking up my phone number. Then, another message says that my wait time is 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, I’m told an agent will be with me shortly. Then, I never hear from anyone. The phone jus randomly hangs up after anywhere from 15-50 minutes. Probably because whoever is manning the phones just picks it up and sets it right back down. They will call you instantly when you want to borrow money, but don’t expect them to answer if you need anything else. I even emailed them. I got an automated email to call a certain number for emergencies. Same thing as before. What they’re trying to do is keep me on hold until the customer service center closes. 24/7 my butt. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY RESPONSE FROM THE REPRESENTATIVES TO THIS COMMENT. THEY WILL BE LYING!
