Upset about mobile system

Cannot unlock card when need to use and call center close at 5pm. Need to be to unlock when need to do so. Pathetic!!!!

This app doesn’t work well!!!

It seems like every other day I need to login with my username and password again. Also, there are many times when it doesn’t come up at all!

New changes

I do enjoy having control of my bank account but I have run into some minor issues with transferring funds, and sometimes accessing my account online whereas my login information disappears completely. I have to wait sometimes until the next day to access my account online. I will call if I need assistance immediately which is not a problem. Otherwise a great experience.
