Upset about mobile system
Cannot unlock card when need to use and call center close at 5pm. Need to be to unlock when need to do so. Pathetic!!!!

Easy and quick
I have found this app very quick, and very easy to use.
This app doesn’t work well!!!
It seems like every other day I need to login with my username and password again. Also, there are many times when it doesn’t come up at all!
New changes
I do enjoy having control of my bank account but I have run into some minor issues with transferring funds, and sometimes accessing my account online whereas my login information disappears completely. I have to wait sometimes until the next day to access my account online. I will call if I need assistance immediately which is not a problem. Otherwise a great experience.

Now the icon won’t stay on my phone. I have keep going back to my Apple store to only check account . Thanks
Frustrated Bank Member!
The new AFFCU online mobile system is giving me log-in issues. I’ve only been on the new system for a few days but each time I attempt to log-in to their new online mobile system, I am unable because a circular icon just spins and spins with the word “Processing” beside it without opening. Each time that it happens, I have to re-boot my mobile device in order to be able to log into my account. I hope this issue will be resolved soon as it’s very frustrating!

Logging in Issues
It won’t allow me to log in I even successfully changed my password and I’m still receiving the same error message and when you go to call the customer service number for assistance you have to wait until business hours in order to speak with a representative I mean can you at least a 24hr support team

Alerts/Touch ID
Cannot add alerts with app. Had to delete app now cannot reset/add Touch ID as previous app allowed. Cannot send this review every nickname entered taken/used.
