logging out constantly
The app itself is good but using it is super high friction.
It logs you out every few days which makes it really hard to use - logging in from scratch each time.

The concept behind this app is promising, but unfortunately, the execution falls short.

Awful app. Terrible search function. Now the full record of companies doesn’t even populate on mobile app. Please fix!

Horrible for iPad
The app is designed for the small iPhone display and not the larger iPad display.
perfect product on web!
if you know, you know. nothing else like this affinity product. used it in VC, got hooked, using it again now for an NFP. i honestly do not expect a robust mobile version, and i prefer the lightweight mobile version. the application is simply too robust to squeeze into a phone while doing justice to the full feature set.

Worst CRM app!
How can a venture backed company like affinity have such a horrible mobile app? For the past 2 years the mobile experience ist horrible. I have to constantly log in again, links open on the website but not directly the app. When can you finally build a proper app?
Limited functionality
Affinity isn’t great for mobile workflows. Cannot do simple things like create an “opportunity” or edit lists. Same really goes for their plungins, which just helpful enough to download, but require you to login to a desktop to clean up everything.
The only way around this is to login to the main site in a mobile browser, but there, every click or action forces a pop-pop asking you to switch to the app. It’s not friendly to users and hopefully they get it together in 2022.

Have tried deleting and downloading again - after inputting email, goes to a blank white screen and freezes
The new app update is completely useless
Sorry guys, but the update is just not build for what users need. I never ever use the affinity calendar and now it’s front and center. Check with the entire team and everybody thinks it’s useless. Please make this more central around the core functions, which are the lists and accessing the content of the database.

Absolute inferior interface, as engineers didnt gibe a crap about mobile users. Yet if any mobile browsers excess, Affinity reminds you to use the native mobile app. Since weeks, once you executed you email login, the app veashed or you receive a white page.
Need an iPad version + font adjustment
I like Affinity but its mobile usability when away from my Mac is seriously bad. I would like to see more of my data. Please make font size adjustable and the display rotatable. Also make an iPad version plz?
Getting better and better
The app is really strong. Overall, Affinity is still working things out but they’re always improving. The team is also really responsive as you have questions or find bugs. Far from perfect but definitely useful and easy to use.

Incredibly powerful software that dramatically improves visibility into my network. Affinity is a must have.
