The worst credit card service I’ve ever had

When I called them to enquire something, they have my wrong address on file! How is it possible? I received the credit by mail to my address and they said my address is not the same as on file.

It’s NOT normal that the Face ID isn’t working, I can’t believe that literally every banking app has this down packed but not this one, Brim, WAKE UP, take notes from AMEX’s APP, or Chase’s
