Scam??
After submitting my order, I received a confirmation order. I ordered a gift for a very time sensitive matter to be delivered the next day. The next day, I hadn't received a confirmation email but I knew they were knew in Nashville so I gave it a few days (even though the gifting moment had been missed). Over a month later, I still have not receiving shipping/delivery confirmation, my order details page still says "confirmed" but not delivered, I've tried to email their customer service address multiples times to no avail and even messaged their Instagram page but it hasn't even been viewed. I'm embarrassed of missing the moment to my colleague that I told I ordered a gift to be sent to her immediately yet it never showed AND I'm out 50 bucks.

I’ve needed this app for years!!!
I love being thoughtful and sending meaningful gifts to my friends but I literally don’t have the time for it! afloat is making me look like the greatest friend of all time! I pick out a beautiful gift (they wrap it for me!) and it gets delivered same day! Are you kidding?! I’m obsessed!

I’ve been an afloat fan from its very beginning, and I could not be more thrilled with afloat’s growth as THE BEST GIFTING EXPERIENCE ever. Never again will I use Amazon to send a gift. this app is what I’ve been needing! as a busy mom, I don’t have the time to send and deliver gifts - whether it’s baby gifts, wedding, just thinking of you, etc. Afloat has been a game changer! And I get to support local businesses, too!
Where has this been all my life - amazing!!
I’m terrible about asking for help, and when I realize I might need some, trying to figure out who to ask just seems like another task. Afloat makes it SO easy! I’ve already set up groups with the moms in each grade at my children’s school, my family, various friend groups, church group, and book club. Everyone said the same thing - where has this been all my life! Family/friend going through a rough time? Afloat can help (sooo much better and more personal than meal trains that end up being more overwhelming than helpful).

Perfect way to offer the help that’s needed
My cousin’s husband just had a ♥️ transplant, so between caring for him and their two small children, she needs all the help she can get. This app is the perfect way for her to tell us what she needs.

Just the app we need
I love this app! Everyone needs help. And everyone wants to help. afloat makes it easy to request an afloat (meal, favor, care, service, beverage, etc) and post it to their private group. I created a group for my cousins (there are thirty of us!). Highly recommend for anyone who wants an easy way to connect and help the people they care about.
