Scammed me I bought minutes without using them they were gone I tried to call and send messages but
No answer they scammed me I call them they didn’t bother to answer me.
No verification
App wont send verification codes when trying to register a new account. How am i supposed to get verified then?
App not calling Zimbabwe
I have been using this app for a number of years now and few months ago when I call Zimbabwe people cannot hear me but I can hear them, please fix this issue.
Disappointed
Downloaded and topped up credit with no issue but could not make calls and my credit disappeared. Now can’t log in for over a month now. Customer service doesn’t answer calls. Sent message on WhatsApp number, no response. Money gone on this useless App. Don’t even know how to get a refund. Stay away from this App. DO NOT USE. Would give zero stars if I could

Disappointed customer
This App is useless they lied about the credit minutes I bought 32 minutes for $5 but to my surprise I only used less than 10 minutes and the network is very bad can you please change your system not to scam people

Someone recommend this app for, have been trialing it

Trusted to call customer care. Goes to voicemail and they haven’t returned any of my calls even though I keep calling them.

Balance disappearing / Feedback is bad
I am giving this a single star, and I am happy to come back within another review again.
Its cheaper to use but these are my concerns
1. Its not possible to get a response from the Africall or developers if you have any issue. I have send them emails, whatsapp msg, and even calling but no one attends to you.
2. My balance has just disappeared without warning or using it. No explanation as to why.
3. You call log is not organised in a coherent way or dates, its mixed
4. Recharging you balance takes ages and not straight forward
5. The app has not been updated for a long time and sometimes it crushes.
There is great potential and will likely continue to use the app with the hope that these issues will be fixed otherwise I will consider migrating to other providers

This used to be my go to app but doesn’t work anymore. I can’t even top up and I can officially say I am parting ways with this app.

No good customer service, arrogant when asked about poor service. Would rather have your money than you get the service . Wanted my bank details to refund ?? Who gives bank details to a stranger ?

It’s cheaper than other options.
However, The app is not consistently working well. Currently struggling to by credit using PayPal or card. The network is dropping from time to time.

Terrible Don’t Use
I don’t even think they still update their app. I have credit in my account but it won’t let me call. All the support numbers available are useless, one is even disconnected and says number not recognised and the other one just goes to voicemail. Waste waste of time. Cheap is expensive
No confirmation code
Won’t send confirmation code until it starts reporting your number as invalid
