App not calling Zimbabwe

I have been using this app for a number of years now and few months ago when I call Zimbabwe people cannot hear me but I can hear them, please fix this issue.

Downloaded and topped up credit with no issue but could not make calls and my credit disappeared. Now can’t log in for over a month now. Customer service doesn’t answer calls. Sent message on WhatsApp number, no response. Money gone on this useless App. Don’t even know how to get a refund. Stay away from this App. DO NOT USE. Would give zero stars if I could
