Can’t register my 16yr old. Get to last page and there is literally no combination of any answers that will allow me to finalize his license purchase.

I tried buying a fishing license. After the longest process for buying something online I’ve ever been through, the app declined a debit card and three credit cards. Every card has plenty of funds. I would NEVER trust checking game with an app that works this poorly.

Every time I try to sign in it will never load I’ve waited 10 minutes before and it just kept loading. so I’m not able to sign in on app

Used to when you bought a license it was good for a year. Fishing license at least. Just bought one and expiration date on it is in two weeks according to the app. That support law-enforcement and the outdoors. But this is total BS

Cannot login
The new payit login system doesn’t even work. Tells you to use the info on your AGFC account to login but says it doesn’t match. I can’t even access my account. The AGFC proves themselves to be absolutely worthless more and more everyday. What an embarrassment to the state.
Can’t get past the loading icon on the intro “Terms” page

Works Fine
Not sure why everyone is complaining about this app. I just purchased my out of state license, 3rd year in a row, and have had no issues. Having to re-enter my personal info each year is the worst thing that I experienced. 4 stars.
Absolutely trash
This app is so trash it is hard to use and when you try to buy a hunting license it redirects you to where you put your info in when you already have done it when I was trying to buy a hunting license it kept redirecting me to where you put your info in and it kept redirecting me to a web page so which defeats the purpose of an app and customer service is not very helpful

App doesn’t work
Last year this app worked great whatever update the useless AGFC tech department did has caused the user login to have a spinning wheel of death and will not allow the user to login, and I have heard this from numerous others so please advise a solution and fix please
Still poorly built app
Three years now when trying to add a card to bay for tags the button to add after typing everything is in is too far down to tap. Be great if someone could FIX this issue

This latest update is made the app completely inoperable. It doesn’t even open when you click on it. It just flashes up and then disappears.
