Customer service is definitely lacking.
Love the app when it works. My credit card expired and now I can’t change it or update it or even get a response from AGFC via email.

If AGFC is digital they should be supporting their app. My license doesn't show up. Search for it doesn't work. Link to developer website gets a 404 (page not found). What are we paying for?

My app is not working properly and the app probably needs an update since the new IOS software update. The is a great and helpful app!!
Must relogin to update licenses and isn’t very clear about it
But more importantly, fix the turkey permit draw system. There’s no possible way that me and my group of 6 friends can put in year after year after year after year and none of us can ever draw, but yet I know other people that draw Every. Single. Year. Your randomization algorithm is f’d.
Terrible job
The wonderful AGFC has all these fancy apps and other things but can’t manage our public land to save there own life, especially for duck hunting areas, or more likely the big bosses do it on purpose to help there private places they hunt, y’all sure don’t hunt the public land you manage do you lol amazing how you think duck season is going to be good with no water, amazing how ignorant y’all are.
