Customer service is definitely lacking.
Love the app when it works. My credit card expired and now I can’t change it or update it or even get a response from AGFC via email.

If AGFC is digital they should be supporting their app. My license doesn't show up. Search for it doesn't work. Link to developer website gets a 404 (page not found). What are we paying for?
Update App
My app is not working properly and the app probably needs an update since the new IOS software update. The is a great and helpful app!!
Must relogin to update licenses and isn’t very clear about it
But more importantly, fix the turkey permit draw system. There’s no possible way that me and my group of 6 friends can put in year after year after year after year and none of us can ever draw, but yet I know other people that draw Every. Single. Year. Your randomization algorithm is f’d.
Terrible job
The wonderful AGFC has all these fancy apps and other things but can’t manage our public land to save there own life, especially for duck hunting areas, or more likely the big bosses do it on purpose to help there private places they hunt, y’all sure don’t hunt the public land you manage do you lol amazing how you think duck season is going to be good with no water, amazing how ignorant y’all are.

Just kinda strange
Good app and all I’m 13, so I don’t have any pending game or licenses so I look at the articles and look at details about hunting seasons and fishing. My main problem is: Whats the point of the app if when I tap on an article it takes me to their website? When I want to check bag limits and seasons on deer or something else it takes me the website. I haven’t signed in so maybe that’s the problem (If so let me know). When I click offline mode what’s the point of it if I have to go online to look at what I tapped on?

APP is CRAP
Not sure why anyone would use this app. It doesn’t not recognize any of me personal info or CID. I tried to renew my license through app, gave up, and deleted from my phone. Just another example of how completely useless AGFC is apparently. The wardens are crooked and the commission is contaminated with graft and corruption.

App is garbage! It won’t update licenses. So, what is supposed to be easier for Arkansas hunters to use is actually harder since AGFC doesn’t print off good licenses anymore at purchase. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Fix your app! This app is going to

Update license
Purchased my hunting license in October and it still hasn’t came up in my licenses on the app. Be great if it worked. Hopefully the warden understands
Horrible App
Too cumbersome and not user friendly. Families who all hunt are not easily found and linked. It should not be this difficult to check a deer!
License will it refresh with new license
The app creates a liability with law enforcement. Make sure you bring a paper copy of your license with you.
App shows last year dates
Has glitch, sometimes you open and it has last year dates. Just opened and showed modern gun 11-10th open date. Needs to at least show year in body if you have issues

Every time I got problems checking game and can’t access nothing, worthless app , just like the AG&F!

App itself has some nice features, but it will not allow you to log in to access your license info. Good luck getting any help from AG&C! You just get transferred around to an eventual voice mail.

I only have 6 zones available for selection on the app. My zone isn’t on there....
Licenses Won’t Populate
I’ve got a combination sportsman license with stamps and none of them appear in my license section. The app is handy, but it doesn’t help if you can’t access your license if you need it after getting stopped. I requested an email copy, but it never arrived so I was relying on the app and it’s not working either.

App does not work on iPhone. Starts and then closes. Deleted and reinstalled but same. Too bad looks like it would be a good app
App is trash!
App is trash. Game and fish officers dont follow sunrise time listed in their own app. Gave me a ticket for “shooting early even though i shot 5 minutes after the time listed in the app. “His” time was 10 minutes after the time list in the AGFC app
