Your “Upgrade” broke orientation .. no one makes that blunder any more. A bank should do better.

This institution ended my auto-payment by Zelle with no justification and no warning. I have been banking with them for 5 years but this is the last year. I wish they were better than a big bank but they’re not- worse policies and worse customer service.
Check deposit camera function is terrible!
I can’t use the deposit function on this because when I take a photo of the check it tells me the “edges are folded.” Whatever that means. This really needs to be fixed! For other uses like transferrals and using Zelle the app works well.
