また、コメント機能では、入力した内容をAIが勝手に書き換えてしまい、本来伝えたい内容が相手に正確に伝わりません。誤解やトラブルの原因になり非常に困っています。
さらに、サイトやサイトコントローラーとの連携にも問題があり、運営上さまざまな支障が生じています。サイトコントローラー会社の担当者も、この状況には困惑されています。これにアプリとの連携が取れないので、多数の人員で管理なんて不可能です。
その他にも問題が数多くあります！
テレビCMや、WEBのCMなどに力を入れられているためか、予約数は、たしかにありますが、システム面やWEBサイトの品質が追いついておらず、現場ではトラブルが絶えません。
改善できないのかをアゴダへ問い合わせたところ、「嫌なら利用をやめればいい」という趣旨の対応を受け、非常に残念で強いストレスを感じました。
システム面だけでなく、サポート対応さにも大きな不満があります。
現在は多くの予約が入っているため、すぐに掲載をやめることはできません。しかし、この状況が改善されないのであれば、時期を見て弊社は撤退することも真剣に検討しています。
どうか利用者の声に耳を傾け、システムとサポート体制の改善をよろしくお願いいたします。

Ứng dụng quản lý và đặt phòng khách sạn tồi tệ nhất !
Tự động xoá lịch, mở lịch cho khách đặt phòng mặc dù chủ nhà đã khoá lịch vì có khách khác đặt trước. Tôi đã gặp tình trạng này quá nhiều lần và dẫn đến khách sạn bị đánh giá 1 sao lần đầu tiên của khách hàng do bị trùng lịch đặt phòng và không còn phòng cho khách đã đặt phòng. Và Agoda, YCS không bao giờ chịu trách nhiệm cho chuyện này.
Nền tảng này không tôn trọng chủ nhà !

It’s very difficult to get money from the app, very frustrating to use
- constantly rejecting accounts to receive money
- can't withdraw money like other apps
- the procedure is very complicated
- often has errors that prevent you from logging in, please fix the app to be better, too disappointed and extremely annoying to use it
