Always issues

Always having issues trying to access the app. For some reason they have two accounts made for me, but only one of them works and then it spins out of control and I have to keep logging out and logging back in

Extra expenses, to include attachments, not worth the fees.

Doesn’t work

Use this app for work and it’s stopped working so only use it on desktop now. Very inconvenient. Just a spinning circle when I open the app on iPhone.

Broken app

This app has been broken for over a week now. Only the spinning wheel shows when you click into it. When I’ll this be addressed?

Unreliable and hurts your business!!

This is the worst platform EVER. Scheduled messages DO NOT WORK. We missed dozens of important communication messages with our paying guests. I would give it zero stars if I could and regret switching from our less expensive SMS.
